Nishant C. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nishant has held various leadership roles in different companies. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer and Assistant Quality Supervisor at TFIL. Nishant then joined EXL as a Sr. Associate/SME from 2002 to 2006. Nishant worked for Magna Infotech Pvt Ltd. as the Location Head - North from 2006 to 2010. Nishant then joined Adecco India as a Senior Manager - IT Staffing from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they briefly worked as the Business Head at IndiHire Consultants. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sr. Manager at TeamLease Services Pvt. Ltd. Nishant then joined HirePlus HR Services as the Business Head from 2015 to 2016. Since 2016, Nishant has been working at TALENTPLOYER, where they first served as the Business Head and is currently the VP of Delivery & Operations. Alongside these roles, Nishant is also an entrepreneur, having started their own venture called "@ What I am Passionate About" in 2017.
