Philip Large

Philip Large has an extensive work experience in the industry. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Buyer for Electronic Components at Ford Motor Company, where they were responsible for sourcing all electronic components for European vehicles. In 2007, they moved up to EMEA Procurement Manager - Marketing Services at Ford Motor Company, managing a budget of approximately $650m and long term strategic relationships with Ford's Global Marketing Agencies. In 2009, they took on the role of EMEA Category Manager - Energy at Goodyear, where they were responsible for regional and tactical sourcing, tendering, negotiating and contract implementation for Electricity, Gas, Steam and Environmental Services. From 2012 to 2020, they were the Chief Executive Officer of The Mandy Network, a dynamic digital organisation that operates a global portfolio of networking and recruitment websites specifically targeting the Film, TV and Theatre industry. In 2020, they became the GM - Europe at Backstage and in 2022, they took on the roles of Founder / CEO at Casting Callback and Chief Executive Officer at Feisty.

Philip Large obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Birmingham City University between 1999 and 2003. Philip then completed a MCIPS - Masters in Purchasing and Supply Chain from University of West London between 2003 and 2005.
