Our mission is to empower our unemployed youth to solve their own problems and to create value for their communities.

The problem we solve: Our unemployed youth are held back by:

1. Hopelessness: they lack the self confidence to start.
2. Poor problem solving: they lack the skills, processes, and experience to develop good solutions for the opportunities open to them.
3. Isolation: they lack the skills for and experience of working in a team.

TalentProjX NPC develops resilient self-belief, creative problem solving skills, customer & team collaboration skills, and project leadership skills. To achieve this, we use the Theory of the Learning Curve, Public Speaking, Sales Cold Approach training, Design Thinking, and Scrum. 

We cap this all off with a live entrepreneurial project. During the project, teams must choose and solve problems in their community. Their objective is to achieve adoption for their solution. We define adoption as achieving repeat sales. Our teams generally achieve adoption and their projects often continue as enduring entrepreneurial ventures.
