Marco Eylert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. In 2017, they co-founded and served as the co-CEO of Talentspace, a platform for hosting interactive virtual and hybrid hiring events, which was later acquired by Handshake. Prior to this, they worked at McKinsey & Company's Digital McKinsey division in 2016. In 2015, Marco worked as a research assistant at the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development (CCSDD) and as a digital consultant at Roland Berger. Marco also gained experience in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector at Credit Suisse in 2013. Before this, they held positions at DKB and Barclays, focusing on corporate development, strategy, investment management, and M&A advisory.
Marco Eylert pursued their education chronologically starting from 2002. Marco attended Evangelisches Ratsgymnasium Erfurt for their Abitur, which they completed from 2002 to 2011. Following this, Marco enrolled in Università Bocconi, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Economics, Management, and Finance between 2011 and 2014. Subsequently, they continued their academic journey by attending Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 2015 to 2017. There, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Relations.
