TalentUnlocked is a specialist recruitment marketplace connecting employers directly with expert agencies, making top-tier hiring accessible, affordable and efficient.

The recruitment market has long carried unnecessary friction. Employers absorb high agency fees or go without the specialist expertise they need. Agencies pour time and resource into business development just to keep their pipeline moving. There is a better way.

We built TalentUnlocked to fix it.

For employers, we remove the friction and cost from agency recruitment. Access specialist agencies competing for your roles, receive shortlists within 7 working days and pay only when you hire, well below the industry standard 15 to 25% fee. One platform. One contract. One invoice.

For recruiters, we remove the dependency on business development. Live roles land on your desk from day one, client onboarding is handled centrally and shorter hiring cycles mean faster placements and additional revenue.

TalentUnlocked was co-founded by Simon Smith, one of the founders of Investigo and JSS Search, alongside a board chaired by Shaun McCabe, who brings c-suite leadership experience from Amazon, ASOS and Trainline.

We are currently in beta with founding member access available now. Employers signing up before 30th June 2026 pay no success fee for the remainder of the year. Agencies can access the platform free until 31st December 2026. Spaces are limited.
