Caroline Bourdon

Caroline Bourdon is currently the National Vice-President at TalentWorld, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Vice-President for Québec and Recruitment Consulting at Adecco from 2018 to 2023, and they held various positions including Regional Sales Director and National Director - Recruitment Consulting at The Adecco Group between 2015 and 2017. Earlier in their career, Caroline worked in human resources and payroll across several companies, including Groupe conseil Genivar and Chaussures Brown du Canada, and spent a decade at Equifax Canada focused on human resources and customer relations.
