In 2019, they began working as a Data Manager for Talenya, a company that develops the world's first, fully automated talent sourcing solution. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Sr. Analyst for HiredScore, an Artificial Intelligence HR tech company servicing Fortune 500 companies. From 2007 to 2017, they worked for RealMatch as a Team Leader, BI and Campaign Management and BI & Taxonomy Analyst. In this role, they were the first company BI and taxonomy Analyst and recruited and managed its first team.
