Talero is building a new way to discover potential.

Our gamified AI platform turns interactive, story-based experiences into behavioral insights that help people better understand their strengths, decision-making style, and development potential.
Instead of relying only on self-report questionnaires or CVs, Talero uses behavior in context to generate more engaging and more meaningful insights for career orientation, education, and early talent discovery.
We work at the intersection of psychology, game design, and AI, with the goal of making talent more visible and career decisions more informed.
