An Organisation Design and Development consultancy, facilitating organisational change to enable people, society and nature to flourish. We combine top team development, strategic insight and cultural transformation to align organisations to social purpose.

Why we do it
We’re a purpose-driven bunch. We believe that new ways of organising and leading are required to address the complex challenges we are facing globally; that repurposed for relevance and resilience, business and civil society organisations can be part of the solution, not the problem.

What we do
We facilitate, coach and advise leaders to equip their organisations with the capacities they need to thrive in a very uncertain world. Our insights help them to see their contexts and their own organisations more clearly, to positively engage their people in developing relevant strategies, bold and innovative mindsets, and design adaptive, resilient architectures.

We work from the Boardroom to the front-line, providing joined-up change programmes, leadership development, coaching, organisation design and large group facilitation (U-Theory, Action Labs, Appreciative Inquiry, Future Search)

Who we are
An international team of purpose-driven leadership and organisation development consultants, drawn from world-class business schools, consultancies, corporates, non-profits and the theatre!

Named in 2019 as one of the UK’s leading management consultants by the Financial Times for the second year running. Awarded for: Organisational Change, People and Performance and Sustainability
