Alan Tandy has over 38 years of experience in the service industry. Alan began their career in 1982 as an Aircraft Engineer (Airframes) for the Royal Air Force. In 1996, they moved to 110 Ltd as a Support Analyst. After 4 years, they were promoted to EMEA Service Desk Manager at IMG. In 2008, they became Service Desk Manager at Sporting Index, and then moved to NSCGlobal in 2009 in the same role. In 2010, they began working at Eurostar, where they held the roles of IS Service Delivery Manager, IS Service Operations Manager, and Servicedesk & Desktop Support Manager. In 2019, they moved to BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a Service Delivery Manager, and is currently in the same role at Talion.
