Tom S. has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2011 to 2020, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at TJU Haulage Limited, where they developed skills such as time management, route planning and problem solving. In 2016, they worked as a Delivery Driver for Deliveroo. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Security Operations Analyst at Sky Betting & Gaming in Leeds, where they monitored front and backend services and was granted a two-month extension on their original twelve-month contract. Currently, they are a Cyber Security Analyst at Talion, and they are also an Office Manager at TJU Haulage Limited, where they are responsible for ensuring the drivers' and company's compliance by analyzing working and vehicle data and inspecting and correcting documentation.

Tom S. attended John Leggot College from 2014 to 2016 and then went on to Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 2020 with a BSc in Computer and Information Security. Tom also obtained two certifications from Splunk in 2020, Splunk Fundamentals 1 and Splunk Fundamentals 2.
