Tim Hodson

Head of Customer Success at Talis

Tim Hodson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical consulting, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Technology from Sage since July 2012. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions, including Consulting Manager and Technical Consultant, where responsibilities included mediating between technical teams and customers. Experience also includes spare-time development of WordPress plugins and consulting on linked data and the semantic web at Talis Consulting. Tim's earlier career includes working at Herefordshire Council and Hereford College of Art and Design in roles that combined system administration and support with library assistance. Tim holds a Master's degree in Information and Library Management from Loughborough University and a Bachelor's degree in Design, Craft, and Invention from Herefordshire College of Art and Design, complemented by participation in a summer school on ontology engineering and the semantic web.
