Mel Smith

Mel Smith is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor in Employee Relations at Talison Lithium since January 2019, Mel has progressed through various HR roles including HR Advisor and Human Resources Officer. Prior to Talison Lithium, Mel gained valuable customer service experience as a Customer Banking Specialist at Commonwealth Bank and as a Customer Service Consultant at ANZ. Mel also holds professional qualifications from the Australian HR Institute acquired in 2019.
