Mitchell Bluett

Mitchell Bluett is currently the Superintendent of Reliability and Engineering at Talison Lithium. They have held multiple roles at BHP Billiton Worsley Alumina Pty Ltd., including Energy Maintenance Superintendent and Maintenance Preparedness Specialist, where they contributed to the development of maintenance strategies for a Multi Fuel Cogeneration plant. Previously, they served at South32 as an Energy Operations Superintendent during a three-month secondment. Mitchell’s career began with an apprenticeship as a Fitter and Machinist at the South West Institute of Technology, culminating in extensive experience in maintenance and engineering across various companies.
