Shane Decampo

Shane DeCampo is a skilled mining professional with extensive experience in mine production and engineering. Currently serving as a Mine Production Engineer at Talison Lithium Pty Ltd since September 2022, Shane has previously held roles such as Production Engineer and Alternate Quarry Manager at AngloGold Ashanti, as well as Mining Engineering Consultant at Advanced Mining Production Systems. Prior experience includes significant positions at Yancoal Australia Ltd as a Mining Engineer and Alternate Quarry Manager, and authorized Mine Surveyor. Shane has also worked with Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton as a Mine Surveyor. Educational credentials include a Graduate Diploma of Mining Engineering from Federation University Australia, a Diploma of Leadership & Management, and an Advanced Diploma of Surveying from North Metropolitan TAFE.
