Ben Finley

Ben Finley has a diverse work experience in the law enforcement field. Ben is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations at Talitrix since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, holding various roles. From May 2019 to October 2022, they served as the 1st Lieutenant in the Criminal Investigations Division. Before that, from August 2018 to May 2019, they were the 1st Lieutenant and North Patrol Division Commander. From January 2017 to May 2019, they held the position of 1st Lieutenant and South District Commander. Additionally, they worked at the City of Johns Creek, Georgia, as a Detective Sergeant in the Criminal Investigations Division from March 2008 to January 2017. At the start of their career, they were a Sergeant at the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office from November 1997 to March 2008.

In 2014, they obtained the Less Lethal Chemical Munitions Instructor certification from Safariland Training Group. In 2015, they became a Law Enforcement Driving Instructor through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. In 2016, they obtained the Advanced Law Enforcement Driver Instructor certification from the same institution. Finally, in 2015, they became an Emergency Medical Instructor through Georgia POST.
