Leylan Neep

Leylan Neep is a corporate advisor and capital markets strategist with over 25 years of experience. They co-founded Innovera Partners, a corporate advisory and investment firm, in 2023, focusing on strategic growth and value creation across industries. Previously, Leylan held various leadership roles, including Executive Director and CFO at GARDA Capital Group and Board Member at GARDA Property Group, where they played key roles in IPOs and ASX listings. Leylan also serves as Chair and Non-Executive Director at Talius Group, a data analytics company. They are a certified practicing accountant and hold a degree in Commerce from Bond University.
