Anna Brooks has held a variety of roles in the past. In 2007, they began their career as a Hotel Reservation Specialist at Orbis Travel Agency. In 2009, they took on the role of Sales & Marketing Specialist at Turowka Hotel&SPA**** and also held two roles at Intelenet Global Services - a Serco company: Team Leader and Resolution&Retention Desk, Customer Service and Sales Agent. In 2011, they became Team Manager - for Ebookers.fr at Serco. In 2013, they moved to PerkinElmer as a Team Manager in Customer Care. In 2016, they took on the role of Customer Services Operations Lead at Cathay Pacific Airways. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Client Management Team Manager at HSBC and is currently the Head of Operations at talixo.

Anna Brooks obtained their Executive MBA from Kozminski University between 2019 and 2021. Anna also holds a MA in French Philology from Jagiellonian University, which they earned between 2003 and 2009. Additionally, Anna Brooks has obtained two certifications, Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2021, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Cathay Pacific in September 2017.
