Taryn Gardner is a seasoned Human Resources Director currently leading the HR department at Talize since 2023. They previously held multiple roles at Phoena in 2019, including Director of People & Culture and Senior Human Resources Manager. Earlier in their career, Taryn served as Health & Safety Audit Coordinator and Human Resources Manager at Magna Golf Club in 2007. Taryn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Brock University (2003-2006) and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Niagara College (2006-2007).
