With over 15 years in the search industry, they have demonstrated a proven track record in sourcing for C-level positions and managing complex search mandates. Prior to their role at Navigatr, Ryan held positions at Korn/Ferry International, Odgers Berndtson, and others, where they consistently excelled and contributed to significant revenue generation. Ryan has also served as a board member for the Talent Acquisition Leadership Keynotes (TALK), promoting networking and best practices among talent acquisition professionals. They earned a BA in Psychology from Western University.
