Gary Turner

Gary Turner has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Gary started their career as a Page Ready Software Developer at Press Association Sport in 1999. From there, they worked as a Software Developer at Sports.com and Hameldon Software. In 2003, they became the IT Manager at Trueshopping Group, where they stayed until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Gary worked as a Freelance Web Developer before joining Pace IT Systems Ltd as a Development Manager from 2011 to 2015. Gary then joined aql telecommunications in 2015 as a Development Manager until 2020. In 2015, Gary also started their own photography business called Shutterspot Photography, and in 2019, they established Gary Turner Photography. Currently, they are the Head of Development at Talk Straight Group, a position they have held since 2020.

Gary Turner attended South Tyneside Marine and Technical College from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a BTEC degree in Computer Studies with a focus on Computing. Afterward, they pursued further education at the University of Sunderland from 1995 to 1999. Gary obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Studies with a specialization in Software Development.
