Marika Beindorff is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Talk360 since June 2021, where a people-first approach is prioritized to achieve operational excellence for a team of approximately 40 individuals. With a diverse background in customer and employee experience, brand management, and digital marketing, Marika has held several roles within Talk360 including Chief of Staff and Head of Customer & Employee Experience. Previous experience includes roles at Booking.com as Global Program Manager and at Marriott International as Ecommerce Market Manager for the Middle East, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Marika holds an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and a degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL.
