Phil Griffiths

Phil Griffiths, ICD.D, is a seasoned strategic advisor, consultant, and board member with extensive experience in financial services. They have led teams of up to 500 staff and managed a $700MM P&L while achieving double-digit growth in various roles at CIBC and Scotiabank. Phil has served on the Board and Compensation Committee of a large Canadian technology company and the Board of an international non-profit association. Currently, Phil advises several companies, focusing on strategy, business development, and innovation, including helping build RideAlike and serving as President of Finovise Inc. Phil holds an ICD.D designation in Board Governance and has a background in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
