Stephen Feist is an experienced professional in public administration and urban planning, currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Talkatoo since February 2019, focusing on innovative speech-to-text software. Stephen has been an instructor for the National Advanced Certificate in Local Government Authority course on Sustainable Communities at Dalhousie University since 2012. Previously, Stephen worked as a consultant for the CARILED Program with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and held the role of Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Antigonish.
