Jill Steger

Jill Steger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jill is currently the VP of Talent Acquisition at Talkiatry, a company focused on increasing access to high-quality psychiatric care. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Clinical Talent Acquisition at Talkiatry, where they were involved in building an ideal practice for psychiatrists. Before joining Talkiatry, Jill worked as a Senior Clinical Recruiter in the Anesthesia division at Envision Physician Services. Jill also served as a Global Recruiter at Spotify and was involved in MBA Campus Recruiting at Bain & Company. Jill's earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at Ogilvy & Mather and handling Campus Recruiting at Credit Suisse.
