Welcome to Talking Distance

Ever tried explaining your life to someone who thinks "home" is just one pin on a map? We get it.

We're the therapists who understand what it means when your accent belongs nowhere fully, but your heart is split between cities. When you're exhausted from speaking three languages between morning Zoom calls and evening family dinners. When you're constantly translating not just words, but entire cultural contexts.

Born from a comically persistent misunderstanding (no, we don't teach mental health to children, despite our former name!), Talking Distance emerged from the realization that the best therapy happens when you don't have to explain the basics of your multicultural existence.

Our globally scattered team has lived between worlds themselves—navigating visa anxieties, cultural identity crises, and trying to explain to grandparents why you can't just "come home" for the weekend when you live 4,000 miles away.

We offer personal, couple and group therapy, professional supervision, self-paced courses, and social impact initiatives that speak your cultural language. Whether you're an NRI, international student, or professional straddling multiple worlds, we create brave spaces where your story can unfold without constant translation.

Because mental health support should never feel out of reach—no matter where you are in the world. That's the simple idea behind our name: therapy should always be within "talking distance."

Not sure where to start? Book a free 15-minute consultation or try our self-assessments. Let's bridge the distance together.

After all, sometimes the heart needs a translator too.
