Jess Heading

Jess Heading is an experienced leadership and life coach who has been guiding high-performers since June 2013 at Jess Heading Coaching. In addition to this role, Jess serves as an Associate Coach and Facilitator at Talking Talent, where responsibilities include directing initiatives in Australia and New Zealand to enhance gender diversity in the workplace. Previous experience includes roles such as Leadership Coach and Interim Talent Manager at PA Consulting Group, Interim Head of Talent at POD Point Ltd., Head of Recruitment at CMS UK, and Interim Graduate Manager at Clyde & Co. Jess has a strong background in recruitment and talent management, having worked across multiple sectors including law, engineering, and media. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts/Law from The University of Queensland and a short course in Positive Psychology at City St George’s, University of London.
