Abbie Han's work experience includes being the HRBP Head at TalkingData since 2018. Prior to that, they were the HR Director at First Startup from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for HR-related tasks such as building organizational structure, HR policy setting, talent mapping, and recruitment planning. Before that, they worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Siemens from 2014 to 2015 and as the Lead of Non-Sales, Talent Acquisition, Greater China at Polycom from 2011 to 2014. Abbie also served as the Recruiting Manager at Digital China Management System Limited Company from 2009 to 2011 and as the Team Leader of the Recruiting Team at Wicresoft from 2005 to 2009.
Abbie Han obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tsinghua University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Abbie then pursued a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resource Management at Beijing Normal University from 2007 to 2010.
