XingLin Chen

XingLin Chen is currently the VP at TalkingData, where they oversee the management of the consumer business division. With 20 years of experience in business development and pre-sales consulting within the big data sector, they have been instrumental in helping leading global enterprises achieve digital transformation. Prior to this role, XingLin served as a Senior Director and played key positions in strategy and partnership management at TalkingData. They also held various roles in other companies, including Product Manager at NSFOCUS and General Manager at Social Touch. Additionally, XingLin is a member of the expert group for the Ministry of Science and Technology's project on online securities trading prevention and a member of the Chief Data Officer Alliance in China.
