Katie James

Katie James, Ph.D., is a learning scientist and EdTech researcher with extensive experience in K-12 STEM instruction and equity-driven research. Currently serving as a Senior Research Manager at TalkingPoints, Katie previously held positions including Director of Curriculum and Research at Academic Approach and Managing Director of Research at PowerMyLearning, where they led initiatives to promote equity in STEM education. With a Ph.D. in Learning Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Katie has a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and has successfully managed large-scale research projects.
