Karla Anne Bordon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Karla Anne started their career at Nezda Technologies Inc., where they worked as a Sourcing Specialist, Marketing and Events Associate, and Accounts Executive from 2016 to 2017. Karla Anne then joined Kalibrr as a Customer Success Associate in May 2017, where they focused on training, customer support, and recruiting consulting. In December 2018, Karla became a Key Account Manager at Kalibrr, handling high-value clients such as SM Mart Inc., Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc., Google, and more. In October 2019, they moved to Talkpush as a Customer Success Manager, providing strategic consulting, software implementation support, and account management to major BPO industry employers.
