Cem Önal is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving technical transformations. Currently serving as Software Lead at TalkRemit, Cem is focused on migrating a legacy PHP project to a Java microservice architecture while overseeing the Payout domain's technical development. Previously, as Software Development Team Lead at Trive, Cem managed backend and frontend teams, and as a Squad Leader, ensured project deliverables for the Finance department. Cem's earlier roles include Senior Software Developer positions at Asseco South Eastern Europe and TAC AS, where contributions encompassed building comprehensive applications and optimizing software solutions. With foundational experience in software development beginning at MNG Kargo and various internships, Cem holds a degree in Finance from Uludag University.
