Heather Manello

Heather Manello, MA, LPC, LCADC, NCC, ACS, CCS is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as the Clinical Director at Reprieve Recovery Center since March 2025 and as a Psychotherapist at Alma since January 2022. With extensive experience in providing online therapy, including trauma-focused EMDR therapy, Heather has worked with various platforms such as Talkspace and BetterHelp, delivering psychotherapy to individuals and couples. Previous roles include Clinical Program Director at Richard Hall Community Health & Wellness Center, Clinical Supervisor at Richard Hall Community Mental Health Center, and Program Manager at The Center for Great Expectations. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider University.
