Kaleigh Oleynik

Kaleigh Oleynik began their work experience in 2011 as an Editor and Translator at Kiva, where they translated microfinance loans from Spanish. Kaleigh then moved on to become an Outreach Manager and Translator at LOOK3 Festival of the Photograph, where they created and translated outreach material and designed promotional material for guest artists. Kaleigh later joined Uncommon Schools as a Recruitment and Special Projects Coordinator, where they managed the student recruitment process and organized special events. Kaleigh also worked as a Spanish Recruitment Associate at Uncommon Schools, translating recruitment materials and assisting with applications. In 2014, they joined Achievement First as a Team Superintendent Coordinator, managing operations for a summer training event and creating videos for company-wide promotion. Kaleigh later became a Senior Operations Recruiter and Talent Analyst at Achievement First, where they managed staffing for multiple locations and implemented talent and operations pipeline strategies. In 2018, Oleynik joined Andela as a Senior Recruiter, building distributed engineering teams with Africa's top software developers. Kaleigh then became a Recruitment Lead, North America at Revolut in 2019, where they launched the US office. Currently, they are the Vice President of Talent at Talkspace, overseeing recruitment and talent functions.

Kaleigh Oleynik attended the University of Virginia from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Conversation Analysis.
