Jay Lawrence is a seasoned radio presenter and sports journalist with extensive experience in the broadcasting industry. Currently hosting Rock N Roll Football and the late show at Absolute Radio since January 2018, Jay also covers various shows and serves as a podcast host for the official Jacksonville Jaguars podcast in the UK and Ireland from June 2024. In addition, Jay hosts late window NFL games on talkSPORT starting September 2023. Previous roles include sports journalist and presenter at BBC Radio Norfolk from June 2015 to December 2020 and presenting new music under the BBC Introducing brand during tenure at BBC. Jay has also worked at Radio X as a radio presenter in 2017. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Film & American Studies from the University of East Anglia, complemented by a period of study at Tulane University.
