Joash Naidoo

Joash Naidoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and transformation roles. Currently serving as a Transformation Specialist at Talksure since March 2023, Joash has also held multiple senior positions at Rewardsco since September 2010, including Senior Training and Development Facilitator, Senior Trainer, and L&D Manager, and worked as a Project Management Specialist for Rewardsco Sales from January 2019 to March 2023. Joash holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Wits Waterstrand, completed between June 2020 and April 2023, as well as prior education from Earlington from 2000 to 2005.
