Leon Seeparsad is an experienced sales operations and operations manager with a robust background in managing diverse teams and business units. Currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Talksure since July 2023, Leon previously held the position of Operations Manager at CCI South Africa from January 2016 to October 2023, overseeing a business unit with six major South African clients and multiple lines of business. Prior experience includes managing operations at Rewardsco Contact Centres from August 2009 to December 2015 and serving as Sales Team Manager at bizworks from January 2004 to July 2009, where Leon facilitated campaigns for various international clients. Leon is pursuing a National qualification in Computers and Management from Oval International, with studies ongoing since 2003.
