Ott Oja

Ott Oja is an expert in mental health, education, and prevention policy, currently serving as an external expert for the City of Tallinn, where they are developing the city's first comprehensive child and youth mental health action plan. Previously, they have held various roles, including Director of the Estonian Mental Health and Well-Being Coalition and School Development Expert at Tallinn University, focusing on evidence-based practices and collaboration in education.
