Hey, I'm Chris, founder of Tally.

If you've read about recruitment companies before, you'll know the typical introductory pitch...

A big team of consultants, a shelf full of flashy awards and claims of being industry-leading.

That's not what you'll find here.

Tally is just me.

One recruiter. One point of contact. From our first conversation to your new hire accepting the offer.

No handovers. No crossed wires. Nothing gets lost in translation.

I help companies hire across the entire software engineering lifecycle - from experienced individual contributors through to Engineering Managers, Heads of Engineering and CTOs.

I'm not trying to build the biggest recruitment business.

I'm trying to become the recruiter that founders, engineering leaders and hiring managers call first, and so far so good - head to the bottom of my profile to read through 80+ recommendations from happy clients.

If you feel I can help with your recruitment, let's connect and go from there!
