Alexander John is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in building and transforming businesses in the fintech and banking sectors. As the Founder and CEO of StrateGem Capital, along with advisory roles at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, ASCENT CONSULTING SERVICES PVT LTD, and SaraniaSat Inc., Alexander demonstrates a commitment to innovation and strategic growth. Previously, Alexander led the creation of Ninjacart's fintech division, achieving a monthly run rate of over Rs 200 crore. As CXO at Avanti Financial Services, significant contributions were made to scale the company’s disbursal run rate from Rs 10 crore to Rs 50 crore monthly. Alexander also played a pivotal role at Jana Small Finance Bank, navigating its transition to a small finance bank while significantly increasing assets under management and diversifying the lending portfolio.
