TallyFi helps venue owners understand and maximize their customer throughput by providing an advanced people counting system.

Our rugged and dependable TallyFi counters replace traditional mechanical tally counters used in controlled access spaces, such as nightclubs, festivals, events, museums, airports and other licensed areas. Our purpose-built hardware can be used by a venue’s security, greeters, hostesses or ticketers to provide real-time timestamped statistics of entrances and exits, along with analysis and archival of past data.

TallyFi counters communicate with our central servers using the venue’s existing WiFi infrastructure, thus eliminating the need for additional specialized hardware or complex installations. Each device is securely paired with our servers from a web-based interface that consolidates the recorded data and provides complete control over the venue and individual devices. Multiple devices can be deployed at a single venue and offer synchronized count data to effectively handle complex venue designs.

The dashboard can be accessed from any internet connected device and is targeted at the venue owner/manager. The owner can access real-time data about their venue from any location. Our servers store and visualize long term trends to help management make decisions about hours of operation, staffing, inventory, or quantify the success of promotions.

Keeping track of capacity in controlled access spaces is not only legally required, but can provide valuable insight into a venue’s success. Current methods are cumbersome and security staff are often required to use several counting devices, manually logging data at intervals throughout the event. By providing a simple, ergonomic device, TallyFi provides a solution that allows staff to maintain focus on their primary task.

TallyFi is built for a single purpose, to accurately and easily count people. Start counting today.
