Kavitha Santhanam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the information technology and services industry. As a co-founder and Director at Mist Minds Technologies Private Limited since April 2011, Kavitha is responsible for establishing statutory and legal compliances, fund and project planning, and management reporting. Serving as Chief Financial Officer at TALN since April 2021, Kavitha possesses strong skills in management, system integrations, human resources, finance, and accounting. Previously, Kavitha held the position of Senior Team Lead at GE Capital from March 2006 to January 2009. Kavitha holds a Bachelor's degree from Anna University Chennai.
