Jeff Bates

Jeff Bates serves as the President and Managing Partner of TA Staffing, a company specializing in customized human capital solutions since 1986. In addition, Jeff holds the position of Vision Jedi at Talntly and is a Labor Board Member for the National Federation of Independent Business. Previously, Jeff contributed to the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a member of the Board of Directors from January 2011 to January 2019. Jeff's military experience includes serving as an AH-1 Cobra Attack Helicopter Crew Chief in the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment of the Tennessee Army National Guard from 1988 to 1994. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University, along with other qualifications from University of Tennessee at Martin.
