Our aim is to supercharge the construction of zero energy homes in the UK and to exceed Passivehouse energy standards on every project.

TALO specialises in manufacturing and installing advanced timber superstructures to transform the delivery of new homes for sale, rent and social housing.

We have combined proven construction technology from Scandinavia with advanced design and offsite manufacturing. The benefits?

Zero carbon. Zero bills. Zero snagging.

We partner with visionary housing providers and developers across the UK to radically increase productivity for earlier occupation and a faster return on investment.

We achieve this by:

- Reducing build programmes. Our homes are fully watertight in just 1.5 days and airtight in 4 days.

- Exceeding passivehouse energy standards - as standard. Our timber superstructures are exceptionally energy efficient. Air tightness is 2,000% better than UK Building Regulations and our building fabric outperforms the Government's Future Homes Standards.

- TALO homes generate more energy than they use to remove energy bills for life and create a truly sustainable future.

- Our sustainable lifecycle. We design for sustainability at every stage - forest, factory, on site to handover and future maintenance. Every TALO home captures around 6 tons of carbon in its timber structure.

- Limitless design possibilities. Our solutions are completely flexible and can meet developers' specific requirements to reflect their tenure, style of housing and corporate identity. We also have a huge catalogue of designs that our clients can use.

- Exceptional quality. We are resolute in our commitment to make outstanding quality homes and zero energy bills available to everyone. All our timber is kept dry from forest to factory and installation – and this is key to our superior quality and energy efficiency.

And we can achieve this with NO cost impediment.
