Jordon Jones

Jordon Jones is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager at Talogy, with experience spanning over a decade in human resources and talent management. Since joining Talogy in January 2013, Jordon has held various roles, including Talent Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing global talent management practices and developing training programs. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at a&dc, managing projects related to organizational assessments and development centers, as well as providing assessment and coaching tools. Jordon's early career involved supporting individuals with autism spectrum conditions as a Special Needs Assistant at Linden Bridge School. Jordon holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology, both from the University of Surrey.
