Mary Mescal

Mary Mescal is currently the Managing R&D Consultant at Talogy, a global organization that combines psychology and technology to help numerous companies identify talent. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Research Consultant at PSI Talent Measurement, International and worked as an R&D Consultant at Assessment & Development Consultants Ltd. Mary also held positions as a Test Developer at Prometric and a Senior Science and Analytics Consultant at Capp & Co Ltd. They earned a BA in Applied Psychology from University College Cork and a MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Limerick.
