Nick Dyer

Nick Dyer has a strong work experience spanning over several years in various companies. Nick started their career as a Lead Software Developer at Network Manager (UK) Ltd, where they worked on the development of their Network Management Product. Nick then joined Microsoft as a Development Manager, specializing in change and configuration management for the Microsoft platform. After their time at Microsoft, Nick became the CTO and Head of Research & Development at IML Worldwide, where they focused on delivering exceptional solutions for the meetings and events industry. Following their role at IML, they joined Lumi Technologies as the Director of Engineering and later moved on to become the Director of Engineering & IT at Cubiks, a specialist HR consultancy. Currently, Nick is serving as the Vice President of Software Development at Talogy, a new home for PSI Talent Management and other talent organizations. Their work at Talogy involves leading a team of experts in utilizing psychology and technology to help organizations worldwide reveal the best talent.

Nick Dyer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich in 1991, followed by a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence with Engineering Applications from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 1992.
