Nick Smart

Nick Smart has a diverse work experience ranging from software engineering to managerial roles. Nick started their career in 1989 as a Software Engineer at SD-Scicon and later worked at Mott MacDonald and Bidwells in similar roles. In 1995, they joined Aspective as a Software Engineer and Technical Consultant before transitioning to the role of a Technical Project Manager. Nick then worked at Callan Publishing as a Software Engineer & Information Technology Operations Manager from 2007 to 2011. Nick then joined MJog Limited as a DevOps Engineer, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Talogy, before progressing to the role of DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Nick is the Director of Platform Engineering at Talogy.

From 1985 to 1989, Nick Smart attended Staffordshire University, where they obtained a degree in Information Systems.
