Joel Strabala is a retired aerospace engineer with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. They served as a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force from 1980 to 1992 and held various engineering roles at Raytheon from 1997 to 2025. After their military career, Joel transitioned into financial services as an entrepreneur and independent associate, advising individuals on financial matters from 2010 to 2024. Currently, they are the chairman of the Pima County Republican Party's Legislative District 17 and work as a senior engineering consultant at Talon Analytics. Joel holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
