Mitch Moffet

Mitch Moffet is a Warhead and Lethality Subject Matter Expert currently consulting with Talon Analytics and owning TE Analytics since 2025, where they analyze and develop warhead designs and lethality assessments. Previously, Mitch served as an Engineering Fellow at Raytheon from 2016 to 2025, leading the development of advanced weapon systems and conducting critical performance analyses. Mitch's extensive experience in the military includes roles as an Electrical Technician and Supervisor with the US Navy from 1991 to 1994, showcasing their foundation in technical expertise. Mitch holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Pacific. Currently, they also teach a capstone course at the University of Arizona College of Engineering.
